Once in awhile we are reminded of how small acts of kindness can mean so much. A sweet “thank you” from clients goes a long way in my book. I always appreciate feedback and comments from past clients, especially brides. It pushes me at an artist. It makes me want to improve and grow in all aspects of my craft.
